Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@suco.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As long as the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us. Once the bottle product’s cap is opened, the product will be considered used and it can’t be returned. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. We’d recommend using a tracked service for your returning products so you can keep an eye on it! Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not fold bottles.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Arrived damaged?
If any SuCo SS LTD products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.
Please do not send any damaged products back to us. You can send an email to the address here with the damaged products photo attached and we will evaluate your delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if As soon as your return request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it can be cancelled.
