If you are returning items from the UK, please return to the address below. SUCO Sustainable Solutions LTD cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. All SuCo products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. Any items purchased via a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that retailer. Please note: We require a proof of purchase for any returns requested.
If you need to return any part of your bundled products, please ensure you send back the full bundle with all parts intact and unused.
As long as the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us. Once the bottle product’s cap is opened, the product will be considered used and it can’t be returned. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. We’d recommend using a tracked service for your returning products so you can keep an eye on it! Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not fold bottles.
If any SuCo SS LTD products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.
Please do not send any damaged products back to us. You can send an email to the address here with the damaged products photo attached and we will evaluate your delivery.
As soon as your return request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it can be cancelled.
